If you request an appointment, that is your name, contact details, and any note you add. If you submit a request through another form on the site, it is the details that form asks for.

We use what you submit only to respond to you and to handle your request. Your submission is stored so that we (Iron Sights Firearms LLC) can respond, and — where our website provider’s email service is set up — it is also emailed to us so we can follow up. We do not use it for advertising.

Firearms transfers and background checks

This website is used only to contact the shop, request a transfer, or book an appointment. It does not ask for or require serial numbers, ATF Form 4473 information, or NICS background-check data, and none of its forms are designed to collect them. Those are handled in person at the shop under federal and state law — never through this website.

If you use the transfer-request form, you only need to tell us enough to expect your order (such as the make and model, and who is shipping it). Please do not enter serial numbers or other regulated details there; they are recorded in person when you pick up.
